JACK is now avail. on all 3 platforms.  I think JACK MIDI is lagging, 
though.

Also:  I'm just putting it out there (my dream/wish).  Not trying to start 
a fist-fight.  :-)  But instead of supporting 5 or 10 back-ends... maybe 
that effort could be spent on improving the JACK experience on those 
platforms.
