yes, that makes sense. i ask this because i have think a bit about the 
soundlibrary license problematic.

all soundlibraies on source forge are under gpl or similar licenses. that means 
here we, or who ever, can create a free drumkit-package without trouble.
but there are some great libraries beside the total free drumkits available. 
like the
darthvim (yellow open music license) or the gswcw 1+2 kits

it is possible to create a nonfree package which include this or similar 
sondlibraries?
and or is it possible to create a unfree-drumkit-server-list.php file which 
linked to hosters which host this files(drumkits)?
and if yes, can we publish this serverlist on the official hydrogen website?
