Hi, folks.

I stumbled over the MAX_LAYERS limit with some instruments I created (namely my 
dynamic hihat).
I found that limit set in globals.h ... set to 16. I just wonder if there is a 
specific reason for it being fixed far below 127, and if I'll run into trouble 
with a build that has it raised to 32.
Well, I'm trying now what happens.

This one might be a good idea to be at least build-configurable, or not? Am I 
just crazy for recording many samples?

My new build seems to be happy... also the instrument editor now has more rows 
for layers and a scroll bar. Though the layer numbers at the top are a bit 
crumbled. Well, 21 layers is not the normal use case...
