Hi, Not sure if this is on the roadmap. It feels like a limitation of the interface at the moment.
Does anyone have any plans for adding edit groups to allow multiple settings per instrument? I think the most efficient way to achieve it would be with "Edit Groups". Each pattern can be assigned to an Edit Group. All patterns assigned to the "Default" Edit Droup by default. Pattern inherits the instrument settings when they are tweaked for any member of the Group. Would need a drop down in the instrument panel for assigning the group. This could be extended to allow multiple FX settings per group too. That way with one drumkit we could have nearly unlimited variations on the actual sound of the instruments. Would require a dropdown in the mixer for switching the Edit Group. Not sure what this requires from a backend perspective. Is it a major rewrite?
