Hi!

I think there are two different reasons:

1. Both files are getting pushed to the repo because they were tracked 
by git *before* you added them to gitignore.  See 
http://help.github.com/ignore-files/ for a better descritption how this 
works for file that are already tracked.

2.  Beside of the (1),  the second file is called "CMakeLists.txt" , but 
you put in "CmakeLists.txt".
