Hi Pawel,
sounds like a bug in the github interface to me - have you tried to
contact the github support? However, it makes no big difference since
your commits are already quite hard to separate since some of them are
relying on each other. So i would suggest to merge everything at one.
For the future: It makes sense to merge often or to use one branch per
feature/bugfix. This makes it much more easier to merge :)
Wolke: If there is a problem with merging everything at one, you should
be able to merge ranges off commits with "git merge".

when creating a pull request with github, you can select ranges of
commits to create the pull request from. See

Ah yes, the release :) I would propose the following
plan: Lets try to
integrate the last outstanding patches in the next time
(no new
features, just bugfixes please!) and create a branch
for 0.9.6 then,
which will be the base for RC1. After that we can merge
your monitor
branch stuff and the outstanding new feature patches to
the master branche.
