I noticed that when I went to save as or other options listed in the
Project pull down menu as I was exploring, after I clicked cancel, the menu
bar menu would disappear until I clicked on the application window. That
would bring it and all of its functionality back. Please pardon my lack of
coder language; I'm not a coder.
Hydrogen 0.9.6 for Mac OSX
Late 08 Macbook unibody with SSD and 8GB RAM
OSX 10.6.8
Other running application was Adium.
