Hi All

I was just wondering if it is possible to create some sort of 'ticket
template' in the github ticket system.

Let me explain :
About 9 out of 10 tickets that are created dont contain enough info.
As a consequence it frequently happens that we request more info :
- what is your OS ?
- what version of Hydrogen are you running ?
- what audio driver are you using ? (Jack/ALSA/OSS)
- ...

This is basic info that a lot of users simply forget to add to the ticket,
but can be crucial for debugging
Therefore i was wondering if we can create a template for a new ticket

The text below is what you see when you create a new ticket for AMsynth
(see https://code.google.com/p/amsynth/issues/entry) :

"*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
*1.*
*2.*
*3.*

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?*

*What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?*

*Please provide any additional information below.*"

This is simple, but it can make life a bit easier for everyone

An other option might be to provide a number of mandatory dropdown list for
some key parameters

all tips are welcome !
