Is there any documentation available about building dmg packages? I could 
provide Mac package, but I my efforts with CMake/CPack have failed so far. 
Regular "make" creates .app bundle that can be dropped to Applications folder, 
but it does not create .dmg disk image, and external libraries are not bundled. 
So if anyone has experience with building Mac packages and wants to share, I'd 
be grateful.

Building Hydrogen from source on Mac is no problem for me because I had been 
using Linux for some 10 years and I'm used to installing software from source. 
However, for regular user lack of binary package is serious obstacle as 
virtually no software is distributed in source form on that platform (it's 
mostly the same as on Windows).
