I created an AppImage for Hydrogen using the latest commit on GitHub. It
can be downloaded at
https://bintray.com/unruhschuh/AppImages/Hydrogen
Please let me know whether you are interested in this at all. I think it
can make beta testing a lot easier and also gives everyone the opportunity
to use the latest version.
Instructions on how to build this AppImage, and an automated build script,
can be found at

I haven't fully tested it, though it works for me on Ubuntu 16.10 with
PulseAudio.
