About the translation: Yes, it seems that there is no chinese
translation currently with the language code "zh"
(i hope that one is the correct for simplified chinese?). We're always
happy if someone contributes a new translation, so
any help is more than welcome!

Technologies of Translation at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
I am writing this email because of a class project, for which each
student needs to localize a FOSS digital product. I have two main
questions to ask:
1.) Is Hydrogen User Interface already or being localized into Chinese
(Simplified)? Because I did not see this option in the program.
2.) I would like to ask if it is okay for me to use Hydrogen for this
class project?
Of course, if you guys find it okay, I could also expand this class
project into a personal collaboration with the team!
