I've been on this list for only a week now, yours is the only post i've got so i might aswell reply :) This link describes how to BUILD hydrogen, that is,build it from source. Since you've already installed H2 you're past this step. http://esaracco.free.fr/documentations/linuxaudio/linuxaudio/build-hydrogen.html So, this patch seems to be usefull ONLY when you will do the complete ./configure -- make -- make install -- procedure yourself aswell. There is no patching an already built and installed version of H2. Too bad i cant help you any further except tell you what i use: I've got a Demudi 1.2.1 system, old but stable. On it H2 version 0.9.2-cvs comes working out of the box just fine. Cant say i've got much experience though, i started using H2 about 4 weeks ago... :) Good luck, and let us know how it goes.
