When one can do individual outputs, the jack-rack approach makes more sense. You just need a way to properly restore such asetup (lash, I suppose). But if hydrogen wants to keep that little built-in effects rack, one should consider enhancing it to allow some wet/dry balance. Alrighty then, Thomas.
