I see a 2020 post from Robert P. who had the same problem, but I don't see an answer. I was using an older version of Hydrogen and I had sound.
I upgraded to 1.2.3, and I have no sound. I have PortAudio selected for Audio System and Line (2-Steinberg UR22) for Device. I get the same result with any selection of Host API.
