Hyperbole 5.0 is released an is available for download from
ftp.gnu.org. You can direct your browser there by using this URL:

The version number is set to 5.0 to indicate that this is a new
release many years later, 4.01 was released in 1996. It is also new in
some respect since it is not based on the last release from the
author. The latest release from Bob Weiner is 4.18 but 5.0 is based
on 4.01 released, hence the version bump to emphasise the
change.
Having that said it should also be noted that old hyperbole users
hopefully will recognise it as being very close to the original.
