I have quelpa and qualpa-use-package so that is not working for me. Error (use-package): Failed to parse package hyperbole: use-package: Unrecognized keyword: :quelpa Disable showing Disable logging If you have somewhere the hyperbole-pkg.el file which is found in other .tar packages I will be able to install hyperbole.
