No, the first cell is the first thing in the koutline. The closest thing I
come to think of is that when you export the outline to HTML the file name is
displayed above the outline. But I understand that is not what you are looking
for.

Yes, that sounds to me like a good a approach. Each cell is a piece of
information that you can move around or link to depending on your needs.
