You could use implicit links just as is shown in the "FAST-DEMO:L29:C4". They
are "embedded" in org table there but you could just maintain them without any
table.
Like this:

As I understand the referenced project to transfer, sync or update with a
YouTube playlist, it is based on generating an org-file with the help of other
tools. That idea could of course be mimicked and "pure" Hyperbole style links
as above be used instead, either implicit or explicit links.
