Actually, it's the environment
\begin{image}{name}
...
\end{name}

It's in the manual that comes with hyperlatex, just not the online
manual.  That should be changed, of course.

Also in the manual, but not the index.
I commited a change to hyperlatex.ind to fix that (but something
went weird when I was supposed to make a changelog entry.)
