Yes, the thrift broker supports a dozen language bindings: C++, Java, PHP, Perl, Ruby, Python, C#, Cocoa/Objective-C, Erlang, Ocaml, Haskell, Smalltalk.
Initially, only C++, Java, PHP, Perl, Ruby and Python will have a little idiomatic wrappers and regression tests.
