Sanjit, switching to a full config file seems to have solved the issue.
If this is the case,  let's say I have two servers, fairfield and clifton.
Hypertable runs on clifton and my client side is on fairfileld.
Does this mean I'll have to have at least Hyperspace running on
fairfield as well?  Or, maybe I should be able to modify the conf
file and all should work fine?
