Kenapa ngga' di save aja sebagai htm dan kita pakai sebagai
wallpaper/background?

Dengan IE4, kita bisa menjadikan file *.htm sebagai wallpaper/background.
Apa kita bisa menjadikan http://www.aaa.com sebagai wallpaper?
Yang saya tahu cuma menampilkannya dalam window. Saya ingin menjadikannya
sama seperti kita menampilkan .htm dari local harddisk.
Apakah bisa?
