    int hashCode =cachedHashCode;

        cachedHashCode = hashCode;

    return hashCode;

And cachedHashCode needs to be volatile. And when a DateFormatSymbols is
mutated, the cachedHashCode value needs to be reset.

The fix is to re-implement hashCode() correctly. It now also takes all
