Alan,
I want to keep this test until I'll came up with new regression test .
And I might will come up with some idea on this test modifications
instead of deletion. So thats why I put it to ProblemsList.txt instead
of deletion - some sort put it on hold with no impact to JDK 8 release
process. But from another point of view I don't want to keep the failing
test in repo, even if it's not used for official testing.

I thought the options on the table were to either fix the test or
delete it. If I read this patch correctly then it fixes the test and
also excludes it (which doesn't make sense).
