[9] RFR: 8074791: Long-form date format incorrect month string for Finnish locale

Hi,

Please review the fix for 8074791. This one is an oversight when 
introducing the format and stand-alone forms of month names in JDK 8. 
"ta" has been removed from the full and long date patterns.
