[i18n-discuss] How can I add the UTF8 locales?

Inside a zone (opensolaris 2009.06), how can I add the utf-8 based locales for 
the languages that are installed?

root at pana:~# locale -a
C
POSIX
iso_8859_1
root at pana:~#
