(With my TP zh_CN coordinator and Debian Developer hats on) Thanks for reporting the translation error. I was aware of this bug months ago and fixed it in upstream TP translation archive. Please visit https://translationproject.org/team/zh_CN.html , find "diffutils" and download the latest .po file. This file was last updated on 2020- 11-16 and have fixed the problem of "檔案 a 和 b 相同". Since I am not a Ubuntu developer, I cannot directly fix this issue in Ubuntu 20.10. I also cannot push this fix down to other Linux distributions until a new version of diffutils is release. However, I am working to push a hotfix in Debian so to prevent this bug from appearing in Ubuntu 21.04 and upcoming Debian 11. If you need to fix it in Ubuntu 20.10 or Ubuntu 20.04, please contact Ubuntu developers or Ubuntu's stable release managers.
