These changes already appeared on TranslationProjects website at https://translationproject.org/PO-files/zh_CN/util-linux-2.37-rc2.zh_CN.po , but probably hasn't appeared in upstream git repo on GitHub. Don't panic! Briefly speaking, the util-linux upstream is supposed to merge changes made on TranslationProject before next release (e.g., util-linux/2.37.3). If you consider this bug critical and needs immediate fix for a certain Linux distribution, please contact corresponding Linux distribution maintainers and ask them whether they can do a hotfix. If it's solely about Deepin, it is totally fine for Deepin to carry your custom patch until a new util-linux release is made. If you still don't understand how it works, please let me know.
