OTRS 3.3.beta1 will be released very soon. The current state of the
translation files for 3.3 can be found here:
https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/tree/master/Kernel/Language
Essentially these are the translations of OTRS 3.2 with the new strings
added. If you are interested in updating your language's translation,
please feel free to do so. I don't expect many more string changes until
beta1 or during the beta phase. The best way to send a translation to us
is via a github pull request. Of course you can also mail it to this list.
