Hi, I cannot use the translation in this form. Please send us an updated ru.pm as found in Kernel/Language if you want the translations to be included in OTRS 3.3.
There was a naming convention change about customer related stuff. Customer persons are now called "customer user", and customer companies are "customers". Before the naming was not consistent, and this reflects the typical usage of OTRS: customers are usually companies which can have multiple persons. One CustomerID refers to the company.
