THE JOB: This person is responsible for Quality Engineering for client's
Internationalization (double-byte enablement) with objectives to include:
1)Participate with the development team for the product lifecycle.(2)Assist
in monitoring lifecycle activities and continuously improving them
(3)Analysis of product requirements and design for testability, ambiguity,
and consistency. (4)Design of test plans and test cases appropriate to
specification for the application functionality. (5)Execution of test
scripts to ensure product functionality and data quality. (6)Filing and
monitoring of qualified defects. (7)Analysis of defect root causes and
feeding corrective information back to concerned parties. (8)Publish test
coverage, regression testing, system testing, and acceptance testing
results. 

Requirements: A BA/BS in CS or equivalent education. 3-5 years of software
development or QA experience. 1 -3 years experience in testing i18N enabled
applications. Ability to read Japanese, Chinese, or other double-byte
language. Experience in testing web applications and UNIX and NT experience
desired. Experience with software test automation tools, PERL, JAVA, and
Internet Client/Server applications preferred. Certification in Quality
Engineering (ASQ-CQE) or Software Quality Engineering (ASQ-CSQE) a plus.
