Hello!

Northern Saami is a language which is used in Norway, Finland, Sweden and (to
some extent) Russia. The language code for Northern Saami is "se".

I'm trying to integrate support for the Northern Saami language and locales
under Linux, and have made xkb files for Northern Saami for Norway, Finland
and Sweden. How should I name them (se_FI, se_SE, etc), or are there other
schemes?

I have also made a glibc locale definition file, se_NO, and I create a
Northern Saami locale this way:
        localedef -i se_NO -f utf-8 se_NO.utf-8

How do I make X recognize this locale, or how can I make support for this
locale under X? Are there any docs?
