Hi David,

I've found a problem with ambiguous sequences in the automatically generated part of the file.

For example:

<Multi_key> <period> <B> : "?" U1E02 # LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B WITH DOT ABOVE
<Multi_key> <period> <B> : "?" U1E04 # LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B WITH DOT BELOW

The "dot above" and "dot below" are defined as the same sequence and only the later one in the file works. This happens with:

aA bB dD eE hH I mM N oO rR sS tT wW yY zZ

Another problem occurs with c:

<Multi_key> <period> <c> : "?" U010B # LATIN SMALL LETTER C WITH DOT ABOVE
<Multi_key> <period> <c> <S> : "?" U1E66 # LATIN CAPITAL LETTER S WITH CARON AND DOT ABOVE
<Multi_key> <period> <c> <s> : "?" U1E67 # LATIN SMALL LETTER S WITH CARON AND DOT ABOVE

The sequence for "c with dot above" doesn't work (but "C with dot above" is OK).
