If it works in Gnome, then it's not an X problem. You should ask on one of the
KDE lists at kde.org.

It found how make it work, but there is another strange befavior.
1. set and export LC_LANG and LC_ALL en_US.UTF-8 in console mode.
2. then start kde WM. everything works fine. Even in KDE's Konsole I type in Georgian.
(It seems "save" in kde looks to locale? )
3. but when i try to compile some program., I got make's eror: locale not supported and falling back to C locale..KDE does not give any warning on_program_starting.
