I believe this version of the problem statement should resolve the comments 
(see my mail last week).  Would you please look and see if your comments have 
been?   Paul Jeong and Rakesh Kumar have been added as authors. 

The authors are discussing add another use case section for the SDN-use case 
for firewall and Volte.  Paul Jeong's hackathon demonstrated this use case can 
be solved by the capability model operating on a firewall.   Paul will describe 
the use case at the IETF 97.   If you are not at IETF 97, please review the 
slides. 

The authors hope to finalize this addition, and then ask the WG chairs for WG 
LC.
