I note your decision to drop RFC793 and reference RFC793-bis; seems like a
timely change but since RFC793 was a Normative Reference, then I think
that 793-bis needs to be as well. (Since that I-D is being reviewed by the
IESG, I am sure it will soon progress and so will not hold up the I2NSF
I-D).
I note that the in TCP flags of 793-bis there is no 'ecn', rather 'ece'.
I think that this will need changing in nsf-facing-interface-dm
