Paul has does everything that is necessary by working with the IESG resolve the blocking DISCUSSes (thank you!). The next step is for me to review the changes to ensure that everything that needs to be addressed from the IESG review is done (i.e., what's in the COMMENTs). With the surge of documents pushed in advance of the IETF 113 AD turn-over and the WG reassignments I am a bit behind on certain document reviews. Thanks for everyone's patience.
