What if you are not home at lunch time or you do not have time to make one of your favorite low fat fare in the morning? Any time you go on your lunch break you can make a good choice and turn on your body's fat burners. How? You may ask. By taking opportunites tosqueeze out the fat and calories but keep the taste intact. This is easy. especially if you don't let junk or fast food rule you. Here are a few tips that might help you out of high fat patterns and into zap the fat patterns. Go for mineral water. A monster sized diet coke is not your best option for lunch. All that sweetness stimulates your appetite, while the drink does little to quench your thirst. It also does nothing for taste. Anyone who knows about healthy nutrition would grimace if he saw someone drinking down a sweet tasting soda. For your lunch time beverage drink ice water. When you get that sweet touch go for a desert but make a right informative decision to go for low fat desert. Chew these bites slowly, savouring the taste. This step will help zap the fat.
