Most recently, Palmer served as the Corporate Director of Rooms for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in the Middle East, where unprecedented levels of luxury and guest service have created the seven-star distinction as the new gold standard of hospitality. While based in Dubai from 2007 through late-2008, Palmer authored 13 design briefs for new and rebranded properties in the Middle East and Africa.
