Recent studies have suggested that the average person has at least three
separate careers during their life. The two elements that come up most
frequently when it comes to job satisfaction is salary and being involved in a
field you are passionate about. It is no secret that real estate professionals
are often some of the best paid folks in the world, but it is the passion that
many have for real estate that truly makes this a rewarding career. Wholesaling
homes is not only one of the easiest ways to get involved in real estate, but
it is also one of the best paying, as well. Here are just a few of the reasons
why getting involved with home wholesaling is the way to go.

A small initial investment

Just like with any career, you will need to make an investment to get started.
For some people, that investment is a college education, and for others it is
learning a trade of some sort. With real estate wholesaling, you will need to
start your own small business and brush up on your local areas real estate
terminology and law. However, when you compare the amount of prep you need to
get started in real estate wholesaling with the kind of preparation you need
for other jobs, you see that you can go from an inexperienced first timer to a
well paid veteran in no time flat. This is just one of the reasons why so many
people choose real estate wholesaling as a career change option.

Minimal contacts needed

Part of being a successful real estate wholesaler is having a contact or three
that alerts you to excellent home values that are getting ready to hit the
market. Some people choose to partner with divorce lawyers or with city
officials who are privy to information that the rest of the community isn't.
Making contacts like these isn't difficult and when properly taken care of,
these friendships can last a lifetime and turn into profitable relationships
for everyone involved.

A small learning curve

No matter what career you choose, there is always a period of adjustment before
you become completely acclimatized to the situation. With real estate
wholesaling, that learning curve is quite short. Your main duties are to
connect motivated sellers with buyers looking for a great deal and to then help
both parties through the sale process. That's it! While you may run into a few
issues your first time, chances are, by your third or forth connection, you'll
be dispensing advice like a seasoned real estate veteran.

Minimal hassle

Unlike home flipping, which requires you to buy a home outright, renovate it
and then sell it (hopefully) for a profit, home wholesaling simply has you
connecting buyers and sellers for a mutually beneficial arrangement. You don't
have to pony up tens of thousands of dollars to get started, or even hundreds
of thousands of dollars, and you don't have to become a renovations expert
either. All you need to do is to get to know your local community and start
making investment dreams come true.

It's fun

More than any other reason, home wholesalers love waking up each morning
because their jobs are fun. You spend your time helping motivated sellers sell
their properties in record time so they can move on with their lives, all the
while connecting with home buyers that are either looking for a property to
call home for the rest of their lives or with home flippers anxious to get
their hands dirty. Simply put, you spend your time helping people live their
lives and make their dreams a reality. If this sound like a way you want to
make a living, then home wholesaling is for you.
