------------------ ARTICLE START ------------------

The 2007 Chevy Tahoe has long been a widely respected and highly successful
SUV. Before size SUV from the popular American company, General Motors, it was
originally very similar the GMC Yukon that was originally introduced back in
1992. The Chevy Tahoe itself was produced in 1995 under that name and still
remains in production.

While the original GMC Yukon was the predecessor for the Tahoe, it was
introduced to the public in 1992. This was only a two doors version but in 1995
with the coming of the new Chevy Tahoe, there was a four door version. Having
undergone numerous redesigned and overhauls, the product start to change
dramatically by 1999.

The next generation, beginning in the year 2000, the vehicle was completely
redesigned. All the vehicles in the line received significant updates but they
were very largely similar with a few aesthetic variations. They also came as
some advanced in car entertainment systems, often found in luxury vehicles,
including stability control, Bose audio and a DVD entertainment system.

Because were also known for their luxury. After the year 2000, marking the next
generation of the product, high quality audio systems and DVD entertainment was
included in the car. Stability control was also introduced along with a number
of other luxury features.

The cars were considered fairly luxury, coming with an abundance of extra
features which make them especially comfortable and pleasant family and touring
cars. Some of models introduced in the year 2000 included stability control,
high powered audio systems and DVD Entertainment.

The hybrid version allowed for electrical power as an alternative method of
power in the car. However, it could also run and gasoline or even a mixture of
the two by using an advanced automatic system. The automatic system monitored
the vehicle's torque, providing an efficient and environmentally friendly way
of power in the car.

The car is widely used in a number of foreign countries including Brazil where
it was sold under a similar name. It is also being sold for law enforcement
agencies and other government organisations. The police use both a combination
of two wheel drive and four wheel drive models.

The current Chevy Tahoe enjoys being the only SUV in the world rated for
pursuit. This is one of the reasons it is used in law enforcement agencies as
it is efficient, reliable and safe. It has long enjoyed a special reputation
for these three factors and continues to be produced.
