By eating certain foods you can actually lose weight! Amazing but completely 
true. The days of misinformation from the so-called weight loss experts are 
over, as it is well documented that certain 'super foods', as they are known,

fatty acids. Almonds, and other similar types of nut, are full of unsaturated

If you are a tea drinker, try swapping your regular tea with green tea. 
Although regular tea is fine, green tea contains certain fat fighting chemicals 
which will help you with your weight loss. This is why you see green tea in the

4. Beans:

Beans in all their varieties are excellent at suppressing appetite as they are 
extremely rich in fiber, and also take a long time to digest, not to mention
