'Tis The Season This season, holidays will shine extra bright atop Nob Hill with the creation of a life-size winter wonderland in the world-famous lobby of The Fairmont San Francisco.
A towering Christmas tree will greet guests as they enter the landmark hotel, only to be eclipsed by a two-story gingerbread house framing the entrance to The Laurel Court Restaurant and Bar. For more than a century, The Fairmont San Francisco has delighted guests with heartwarming holiday activities. This year, the hotel will reprise many of its cherished holiday traditions and introduce new activities such as the Gingerbread Building Expo everyday during Nutcracker Tea. Nutcracker Tea Setting the stage for holiday cheer, The Laurel Court will again serve its festive Nutcracker Tea. On Saturdays, the Fairmont Tea Fairy will present children with a gingerbread house that they can decorate and take home for the holidays. Adults can toast the season with a complimentary glass of champagne. Available every Saturday and Sunday between November 28th though December 27th, 2009. Additionally, the Nutcracker Tea will be served on November 27th and December 21 though December 24th, 2009.
