If you've lost your job recently, or you just want a new fresh start, you can actually post your own ads on these American classifieds sites. Most people think that these sites are just to reply to ads that people are selling stuff on. But, you can virtually use them for anything you want. Finding a job online through these online classifieds is nothing new, but it might be something new to you. So, what exactly are the pros and the cons of posting online when using online classifieds? First off, you can quite literally post free classified ads in any category you want as long as its relevant to the job you want. You have millions of people that are going to run across your ad. Can you say that about an offline newspaper? Doubtful! The only main con you could run into is spammers collecting your email address, however, if you joined an online classifieds site that has anonymous encrypted email addresses, you won't even have to worry about this! These anonymous emails work pretty brilliantly. All you have to do is sign up for an account, post an ad, place your email address on the add, press anonymize and it will turn your email address into an encrypted address.
