Most smokers claim that smoking relieves stress. True when it is taken in a
high dosage manner. It leads into a more relaxing state to what we call
satisfaction. But what smokers have overlooked to such fact is that it causes
more damage to injury. Its effect can lead to addiction which causes more
damage to our body that could even lead to more stress and can even cause
several diseases.

The whole point of the matter is that it's a matter of attitude and perception.
As how you may perceive stress, it allows you to think over on how to handle
such situation to divulge yourself for relief of the current situation that
causes stress. Smoking on the other hand gives you the satisfaction and the
kind of relieve in handling stress.

So before you even allow yourself to consume to such thought that smoking
provides relief from stress, think again for it would only give you more
problem which is even worse than what you are currently facing.

If you have been smoking to relieve stress, it's time for you to take action
and have another kind of measure that serves as an alternative in relieving
your stress. It could be in a form of exercise which helps a lot in ceasing
your crave for smoking when you are feeling stress. Food may also be an
alternative to relieve your stress rather than smoking. But make sure that you
are taking healthy foods which would help you detoxify to divert your attention
to other things rather than smoking when handling stress.

Quitting smoking can be significantly stressful for one person. You see, as
what I have said, you're only adding more damage to injury. You wouldn't have
to go through all the stress in quitting smoking if you haven't started smoking
at all. The fact that smoking causes several diseases such as heart failure,
hypertension, lung cancer or other lung problems, smoking should be stop at
once. This fact takes away the credibility of smoking that claims to relieve
stress.

The whole thought is actually quite funny. Why indulge into smoking to relieve
stress when smoking itself causes more stress such as lung cancer? Think about
it deeply my friend. There are other forms on how to relieve stress. Quit
smoking now and you'll see how more convenient your life can be in the long
run. Quitting smoking may be stressful but remember it's only temporary just
like other factors that cause stress which is highly manageable.
