Many smokers have tried to quit smoking but eventually have started to smoke
again after a few months or so. Yes the whole idea may seem easy to talk about
but when it comes to putting it into action, it's just as hard as you could
ever imagine.

On the other hand, many smokers as well have successfully quitted smoking for
the rest of their lives. They too have gone through hard times in trying to
quit smoking and eventually succeeded in the long run. Yes it may be easier
said than done but like I just said, it can be done.

Well, it's a matter of will and control. It's about commitment. Quitting
smoking is not just something you tell your friends or your family. It's not
something you set for a new year's resolution. It's about your power to control
yourself. When you declare to yourself that you will be quitting smoking, don't
stop there. Put your words into action. Put your heart into it and discipline
yourself towards the whole idea of quitting.

Keep in mind that you are in control of yourself. No one else could help you
and dictate to you that you have to quit smoking. When you started to smoke
your first cigarette, you allowed yourself to be overpowered by your own guilt.
It stripped away your power to control over yourself which should have been
your strength. But it's never too late to regain such power. And the only way
to have it is through a serious commitment with yourself that you are most
willing to stop and cease smoking for the rest of your life.

Have the will power to quit. Keep in mind that you are stronger than any habits
that you have. Take charge of yourself and don't let your cravings consume you.
Think smartly as you go through every detailed fact about the damage which
smoking brings. Lead yourself to what is right by doing the right thing which
is to quit smoking.

Deciding to quit smoking is a right choice. Expand unto it and from it. Make it
your inspiration to truly cease smoking in no time. The choice is yours to make
so decide wisely. You know very well that smoking kills so just think deeper
about that thought. After all, it's your life and other peoples' lives were
talking about so quit smoking now. Before you know it, smoking won't even exist
in your vocabulary anymore.
