Most women these days would experience yeast infection. Vaginal infection is the most common. Moreover, pregnant women are more likely to experience such infections due to some reasons that are hardly even noticed. Yeast infection is also known as vaginal candidiasis. Candida albicans is the fungus that would cause the infection throughout the vaginal area. But it's a fact that this fungus do already exist in every women's body. Treatment for such infection in pregnant women is just the same as the usual treatment in regular people who has the infection. But consulting a doctor would be more appropriate to make sure of a safe pregnancy even with the medications prescribed for the treatment.
