Most smokers find it hard to quit smoking. It is even a fact that many smokers 
have failed to quit in there first try in quitting. But you also have to keep 
in mind that smoking can cause several health problems, if not today, in the 
future as you get older each day. If you are a smoker then you have to reflect 
on such fact. Because if you make the right choice by deciding to quit smoking, 
it can change your life forever for the better. So try to think it over because 
it is never too late to save yourself from a lifetime of suffering. Now I will 
tell you the benefits you can gain when you quit smoking today.

Smokers usually experience shortness of breath. This is due to the nicotine 
that every cigarette contains. When you smoke, nicotine would steal a 
significant amount of oxygen from your body which causes you to have a 
shortness of breath. But when you quit, the amount of oxygen that your body 
normally has will be normalize. Such manner would give you a total or complete 
relief from shortness of breathing you usually experience as a smoker.

Most smokers are worried about the withdrawal symptoms they will experience a 
few hours and days after they stop smoking. In fact, it is one of the main 
reasons why many smokers have a hard time to quit. But keep in mind that the 
symptoms that you will experience after quitting is only temporary. It is a 
natural reaction of your body where it starts to detoxify itself from the 
toxins that smoking has caused you. It is a process where your body is going 
back to its normal status for a healthier you.

Furthermore, if you stop smoking, your body will get to experience high levels 
of energy that your body is supposed to. You won't get tired easily, not like 
when you are still smoking. You will even lower your risk of having heart

convenient if you want your future to be healthier.
