The coach chooses only the strongest players to make up the
team, being a coach you will be aware of this. Sometimes few
young new players are required who can fit the existing set up.

But in soccer tryouts there are lot many variables involved.

once you are aware of the coach needs you can focus on exhibiting
your kids skill and personality that will help the coach choose your
kid.

following are the various things the coaches and soccer
association will be looking for in the players during soccer tryouts

Skill: The main aspect of evaluation of the coach of how well the
player performs the skill that are necessary to play soccer. If
players can't perform these skills consistently during soccer
tryouts, it's unlikely that they'll be able to perform during a game.
for example skills like tapping, dribbling, passing and control the
ball. We also need to assess things like soccer knowledge and the
player’s intuitive behavior.

Condition: Excellent conditioned player with average skills will
manage to attract the attention of the coach. any player who loses
breath after 15 minutes into soccer tryout will get similar
treatment. If the stamina of the player is low during tryouts soccer,
they let both themselves and the team down.

the coach will be wondering why the player is not fit if you are not
in shape in soccer it show either of the following that you don’t
care or you are lazy or you very un professional thinking that being
out of shape wouldn’t matter.

Attitude: The player must have the potential as well as the
intention to learn. Does the player put forward their best foot in
performing all the task every time?

Does the player have the open mind to accept his fallacies and
improve on his skills are they willing to go that extra yard Does the
player have the open mind to accept his fallacies and improve on
his skills ensure there are not complaints when the players learn
their new positions.

When the soccer tryouts are over; pay attention to what happens
next. Most of the time the soccer tryouts are running to many days
Sometimes the coach will tell you right there if your player made it
to the team. at other times you might be informed about their
decision either through a call or letter to your home. don’t ask the
coach whether your player has succeeded or not

Make sure you don’t leave your things on the fields before leaving
the ground. thanks the coach for his valuable time and inputs
which will help you make a better player during the soccer
tournament inform him before leaving
