If you are a fixer yourself then you better think about your future. Think
about your country and your fellow citizens. You may say that the need of money
is your reason why you are involve to fixing but you have to keep in mind that
fixing is not the answer to solve your problems. You better help in trying to
stop fixing today. Now here are a few essential tips you can do to help stop
fixing today:

1. There are fixers who agree and admit that fixing is bad for the government
and society. If you are one of them, you can stop fixing. Or you can help the
government if you provide information about insider fixing.

2. Many fixers are compelled to fix because of poverty. however, fixing can be
a form of corruption and does not solve poverty. only insider fixers
(government officials and employees) are benefiting from the tips and
commissions remitted by the professional fixers (outsider fixers), who only get
a very small share of the earnings from fixing. With this kind of relationship,
it is better to stop fixing.

3. If you are involved in syndicate fixing, the deeper your involvement is, the
more difficult for you to get away. Fixers are also victims of syndicates
involved in big-time anomalies. Better to stop fixing now.

4. Professional fixers are used and exploited by insider fixers. Oftentimes,
professional fixers get caught while insider fixers go scot-free. Better for
professional fixers to stop fixing now.

5. Facilitation will also distort and destroy the bureaucracy, where the public
will lose trust in government procedures. Facilitation will also violate common
good, where the fixed transactions, specially the illegitimate ones, are
usually favored and prioritized at the expense of the transacting public who
are honest. Fixing is indeed an act of corruption.

6. Professional fixers are perfect whistleblowers because they possess
first-hand knowledge of the corrupt insider fixers in the government offices.
As a whistleblower, take pictures, document the fixed transaction, the names of
the people involved and secure photocopies of fixed documents among others.

7. As a whistleblower, you may want to file a formal complaint. Just send your
complaint and evidences to the proper agencies or to the Office of the
Ombudsman, which can take your complaint motu propio.

Don't be afraid to fight for what is true. Help stop fixing today by starting
to confess. Follow these tips and you will sure to save your country from a
lifetime of problems.
